About University of West Georgia Athletics
The West Georgia Wolves represent the University of West Georgia, based in Carrollton, Georgia, in NCAA Division I athletics. Competing in 15-NCAA sponsored sports , the Wolves are members of the Atlantic Sun Conference (ASUN) and boast a cheerleading program that was won 32 team UCA titles and three partner stunt national championships since 2001. Previously part of the Gulf South Conference since 1983, West Georgia transitioned to NCAA Division I as an ASUN member in 2024.
