In 2022 the STM Stay strategic sourcing managers confirmed 6,000 contracts representing 650,000 U.S. room nights. These travel contracts are negotiated with a focus on driving down costs, adding value, limiting risk, increasing communication efficiencies and providing the best overall experience to attendees. Throughout the strategic sourcing and contracting process, utilizing our existing technology to handle the intermediary relationship, we manage the customer, vendor and client relationships and partnerships. After a detailed results summary is presented to the client, standard contract terms and conditions are used with the hotels to ensure comprehensive advantageous contracts.
